Our Mixed Role Equity Group, Yu Ying Equity Team (YYET), consisting of caregivers, staff and leadership meet regularly to cultivate, facilitate and advise on Yu Ying's equity initiatives.  

Its members are:

The school community has adopted the following as its shared community agreements based on Kazu Haga's Fierce Vulnerability Considerations.

1. We have the right to be raggedy
2. We communicate in our preferred language
3. We embrace conflict as the spirit of the relationship asking itself to deepen
