Who Is Leading the Search Process?
The Board of Trustees has the sole responsibility for hiring Yu Ying’s next Executive Director. An Executive Director Search Committee, comprised of a subset of Board members, will work to recommend candidates to the Board of Trustees. In addition, the Board will engage a search firm to serve as a consultant to the Search Committee. The Search Committee will also seek feedback from the community at-large.
How Can the Yu Ying Community Participate in the Search Process?
The Board will be hosting several listening sessions for the Yu Ying community. These sessions will allow constituents to share input. In addition, the Board will be organizing a parent and staff advisory committees to gather more detailed input. The community is encouraged to stay engaged in the process by following updates sent from the Search Committee and posted to the Yu Ying website.
